Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using trusted Royal Mail tracked services.
All orders are generally processed at Beach Towel Clips in Bolton from 1 pm – 3 pm and taken to the local Post Office between 4 pm – 6 pm, on the same day that you order. (Please allow for Bank Holiday Post Office closures)

Please note: Channel Islands are excluded from standard UK delivery rates.
Wholesale Delivery & Collection
We offer mainland UK courier delivery on smaller wholesale orders.
For orders of five or more 48-pair cartons, customers are required to arrange their own collection or transport.
Collection is available by prior appointment from our Lancashire storage location. Full collection details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Local delivery within the Lancashire area may be available by arrangement.
Please contact us before placing a large wholesale order if you would like to discuss collection or delivery options.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order from Beach Towel Clips Ltd. However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item, or that an order may arrive damaged or faulty.

Returning Your Order
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unused
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- All items should be securely wrapped and packaged for return
- Reasonable care must be taken of the products before they are returned
Please note:
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that fail to reach us.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
